At Vermont Good Wood, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted wood product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original Vermont Good Wood box to ensure the natural grain and finish are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
